At 66fit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your fitness or rehabilitation equipment, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused condition, then clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
